Shipping policy

 

ATTENTION: Please be understanding that shipments might be delayed due to the holidays. I will do my very best to get everything out in a timely manner but I have no control over the orders once they leave and are in the carriers hands.

All orders ship from Ohio, USA

Orders will be processed within 4 BUSINESS days (Monday-Friday) from the date of when your order was placed.

This means we have up to 4 business days to make/package your order THEN it will be shipped out. Once your item is shipped then you can check tracking information on your email or phone confirmation. If you have ANY shipping questions/concerns you MUST contact USPS or UPS so they better assist you.

If your order says that it was "delivered" by the carrier there is absolutely NOTHING BMD Custom Designs can do or be responsible for, once your order is taken to USPS or UPS it is out of our control. BMD Custom Designs is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages you must work with the shipping provider if any of the following have occurred during transit.
