Shipping & Tracking

Orders usually will ship within 1-5 business days, unless stated otherwise.

Tracking Information:

Emails with tracking information get sent out right when I purchase the shipping label, not when the package is dropped off at the post office. Allow 24-48 hours after I receive your shipment for a confirmation email for tracking to update with the most accurate information.

Where's my order?

If your order has been shipped and it is either lost or marked that is has been delivered without you physically receiving the package, you will need to file a claim with USPS. Unfortunately, once the packages are dropped off to USPS it is out of my control and I am unable to track down any packages myself.
